Acceptance of Terms
By using Oziha Consultancy’s services, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Oziha Consultancy reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Services Provided
Oziha Consultancy specializes in educational consultancy, offering services such as:
- Career counseling and guidance
- Language test preparation (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, )
- University application and admission assistance
- Visa processing and support
- Scholarship guidance
- Post-arrival services like accommodation support
The scope of services will be explicitly outlined in individual agreements with clients.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information for admission and visa
- Clients are responsible for submitting required documents within specified
- Any misrepresentation or delay caused by the client may affect the outcome of services
Fees and Payments
- Service charges will be communicated to the client during consultation
- Payments must be made as per the agreed timeframe
- Refunds (if any) will only be considered under specific circumstances as outlined in the client agreement.
Confidentiality
All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing consultancy services. Oziha Consultancy adheres to data protection laws and ensures secure handling of client data.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Oziha Consultancy, including guides, brochures, and preparatory materials, are copyrighted. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior consent.
Limitation of Liability
Oziha Consultancy is not liable for:
- Decisions made by universities or immigration
- Delays or rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate client-provided The consultancy’s liability is limited to the service fees paid.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In such cases, any pending payments for completed services will remain due.
Scholarship and Financial Aid Assistance
While Oziha Consultancy provides guidance on scholarships and financial aid, it does not guarantee approval or availability of funds.
Third-Party Services
Oziha Consultancy collaborates with universities, test providers, and visa authorities. The consultancy is not responsible for any delays, fees, or decisions made by these third parties.
Post-Arrival Services
Oziha Consultancy offers post-arrival support, but clients are ultimately responsible for managing their accommodation, transportation, and other logistics.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Changes to Terms and Services
Oziha Consultancy reserves the right to amend these terms or modify services. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or the official website.
শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালা
১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সির সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, ক্লায়েন্টগণ এই শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন আনার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
২. প্রদত্ত সেবা
অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি শিক্ষামূলক পরামর্শ সেবায় বিশেষজ্ঞ, যা অন্তর্ভুক্ত:
- ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সেলিং এবং পরামর্শ
- ভাষা পরীক্ষার প্রস্তুতি (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL ইত্যাদি)
- বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে আবেদন এবং ভর্তি সহায়তা
- ভিসা প্রসেসিং এবং সহায়তা
- স্কলারশিপ সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা
- আবাসন সহায়তা সহ আগমন-পরবর্তী সেবা
- সেবার বিস্তারিত ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে পৃথক চুক্তির মাধ্যমে নির্ধারিত হবে।
৩. ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব
- ক্লায়েন্টগণ অবশ্যই ভর্তির জন্য এবং ভিসা প্রসেসিংয়ের জন্য সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।
- নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় নথি জমা দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব ক্লায়েন্টের।
- ক্লায়েন্টের তথ্য ভুল বা দেরি হলে সেবার ফলাফলে প্রভাব পড়তে পারে।
৪. ফি এবং পেমেন্ট
- সেবার চার্জ পরামর্শকালীন ক্লায়েন্টকে জানানো হবে।
- নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
- রিফান্ড (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়) নির্দিষ্ট পরিস্থিতিতে এবং ক্লায়েন্ট চুক্তি অনুযায়ী বিবেচনা করা হবে।
৫. গোপনীয়তা
- ক্লায়েন্টের সকল তথ্য গোপনীয় থাকবে এবং শুধুমাত্র পরামর্শ সেবা প্রদানের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি ডেটা সুরক্ষা আইন অনুসরণ করে এবং তথ্য নিরাপদে সংরক্ষণ করে।
৬. মেধাস্বত্ব
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল উপকরণ (গাইড, ব্রোশিয়ার, প্রস্তুতিমূলক উপকরণ) কপিরাইট সুরক্ষিত। অনুমতি ছাড়া এই উপকরণগুলো পুনরুৎপাদন, বিতরণ বা সংশোধন করা যাবে না।
৭. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা
অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি দায়বদ্ধ নয়:
- বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় বা ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য।
- ক্লায়েন্ট কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল তথ্যের কারণে সৃষ্ট দেরি বা প্রত্যাখ্যানের জন্য।
- সেবার ফি প্রদেয় অংকের মধ্যে দায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।
৮. সেবা সমাপ্তি
- যেকোনো পক্ষ লিখিত নোটিশ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে চুক্তি বাতিল করতে পারে। এ ক্ষেত্রে সম্পন্ন সেবার জন্য যে কোনো বকেয়া পেমেন্ট প্রদান করতে হবে।
৯. স্কলারশিপ এবং আর্থিক সহায়তা
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি স্কলারশিপ এবং আর্থিক সহায়তা নিয়ে নির্দেশনা প্রদান করে, তবে স্কলারশিপ অনুমোদন বা অর্থের প্রাপ্যতা নিশ্চিত করে না।
১০. তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়, পরীক্ষা প্রদানকারী এবং ভিসা কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে কাজ করে। এই তৃতীয় পক্ষের দ্বারা সৃষ্ট দেরি, ফি বা সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
১১. আগমন-পরবর্তী সেবা
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি আগমন-পরবর্তী সহায়তা প্রদান করে, তবে ক্লায়েন্ট তাদের আবাসন, পরিবহন এবং অন্যান্য কাজ নিজ দায়িত্বে পরিচালনা করবেন।
১২. আইনের অধীনতা
- এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত। এই শর্তাবলী থেকে উদ্ভূত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
১৩. শর্তাবলী এবং সেবার পরিবর্তন
- অজিহা কনসালটেন্সি এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সেবা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। ক্লায়েন্টদের ইমেইল বা অফিসিয়াল ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে জানানো হবে।
